Bundled annotation and reference data

Internal reference tables used by redeemR for mitochondrial variant annotation, barcode translation, mutation-context summaries, and legacy enrichment utilities. These objects are loaded with data() by the package functions that need them.

Format

Package data objects stored in data/*.rda. Object structure varies by resource and is preserved from the source annotation table.
