Subset redeemR object to a whitelist of cells and rebuild matrices

subset_redeem.Rd

Filters @GTsummary.filtered to the provided set of cells, then synchronizes @V.fitered, updates metadata, and rebuilds matrices and the depth matrix via update_redeemR_from_GTsummary. Finally prints matrix dimensions (optionally labeled) and returns the updated object.

Usage

subset_redeem(
  redeemR_obj,
  cell_whitelist,
  QualifiedTotalCts = NULL,
  filter_name = NULL
)

Arguments

redeemR_obj

A redeemR object.

cell_whitelist

Character vector of cell barcodes to keep.

QualifiedTotalCts

Optional “QualifiedTotalCts” table forwarded to Add_DepthMatrix_filter2 during rebuild.

filter_name

Optional label passed to print_redeemR_matrix_dims.

Value

The updated redeemR object restricted to the whitelist.
